Yes we have dedicated resources to help you with the design of your dream home.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks and cash. We also offer financing for most projects.
Who will take care of securing permits?
We will assist you in the process. It is ultimately your responsibility to pay for the permits and all related fees, but we can help by preparing the paperwork required on our end and guide you through the rest. Some projects do not require permits while some may require architectural drawings.
Once I sign a contract, how long will it take to begin work?
It all depends on the scope of work and the materials involved. It is our goal to complete every project within a reasonable time frame. Upon signing contract we will determine a start date for your project.
Who will manage my project? Will they be available to answer my questions? Will they be on the job site regularly?
We assign a Project Manager to every project we work on to ensure it is properly managed. The Project Manager is available to you by phone and email at all times. The Project Manager is present while the project is ongoing to insure everything is running smoothly.
