Yes we have dedicated resources to help you with the design of your dream home.

We accept checks, cash, ACH transfers, and Zelle.  We also offer financing for larger projects.

For smaller projects we also offer credit card payments with a small service charge.

We will assist you in the process. It is ultimately your responsibility to pay for the permits and all related fees, but we can help by preparing the paperwork required on our end and guide you through the rest. Some projects do not require permits while some may require architectural drawings.

It all depends on the scope of work and the materials involved. It is our goal to complete every project within a reasonable time frame. Upon signing contract we will determine a start date for your project.

You will have one designated point of contact who will be familiar with your project scope and requirements and about the work being completed on your home.
